The Challenge.
Alice Care needed a cohesive brand presence that reflected the company’s values, reliability, flexibility, and compassion—while distinguishing it from legacy competitors. As a mostly self-funded startup, Alice Care’s existing marketing tools were fragmented, the website was hard to navigate, and its messaging was overly focused on technology. Additionally, the company needed to strengthen its caregiver recruitment pipeline and prepare for sustainable local growth.

Sagent led a comprehensive refresh of the brand identity, website messaging, and recruitment strategy. The team then launched a paid media campaign targeting prospective caregivers and clients, while implementing a performance dashboard to track marketing outcomes and inform future outreach.
The Results.
- Caregiver employment keywords achieved an impressive 11.28% CTR, and the cost-per-click was reduced from $3.05 to $1.97 by the campaign’s final week.
- The recruitment email was sent to 102,000 recipients, achieving a 21.08% open rate and a 2.35% click-through rate. The customer email reached 180,000 recipients with a 21.64% open rate and 2.23% click-through rate, generating 557 direct clicks to the app download link.
- A refreshed brand identity and messaging platform increased clarity, emotional connection, and trust, improving internal alignment and enabling more consistent outreach across channels.
- User experience was significantly enhanced through homepage and recruitment page redesigns, streamlined navigation, and targeted copy updates, making it easier for both caregivers and clients to take action.
The Google Search campaign delivered 820 clicks and 12,074 impressions, with a 6.79% overall click-through rate—nearly double the industry average.
