Sagent outlined and executed an integrated media relations strategy that included:

- Researching and maintaining a monthly editorial calendar

- Drafting press releases and pitching for opportunities to feature SAGE
- Facilitating and coaching SAGE personnel for media interviews with talking points
- Drafting articles for SAGE blogs, notice and other social media posts
- Continuous tracking and monitoring
- Secured media interviews and press coverage for SAGE on prominent publications and media outlets.
- Coached a media-ready leadership team and vet professionals to take on media interviews within a short turnaround time in person, and via Zoom.
- Developed an integrated marketing action plan and brand rollout strategy with consistent messaging to increase brand awareness of the newly acquired SAGE San Francisco.
